Ceralink collaborated with Autoclave Engineers to offer this large capacity microwave autoclave.

Microwaves are the industry standard for chemical digestion in laboratory testing, however these systems only process very small samples. Ceralink is providing equipment to scale up lab processes into production. For example, microwave autoclaves can be used to reclaim precious metals, produce nanopowders, or develop new pharmaceuticals.

Microwave autoclaves speed up reactions by super heating. Solvents can be heated above their boiling point. The conditions promote new bonding sequences providing an opportunity to make new compositions.
