For example, we recently designed and commissioned a scale-up MAT™ kiln, leading a team including a kiln company, microwave supplier, and material manufacturer. The system went together seamlessly, even though it was the world first atmosphere control MAT™ elevator kiln. We are ready to scale-up many microwave processes, including MAT™ mixed oxide calcination, MAT™ sintering of ceramics, microwave autoclaves, and RF lamination. Ceralink has a store of process knowledge and intellectual property, with a variety of agreements aimed at helping you commercialize. |
